The OPERATIONS NINJA Award is conveyed upon OPSIG Members after the successful completion of eight OPSIG-AP Achievements.
One of the Achievements must be "C&E" for which applicants must pass the C&E Exam.
The Railroader Badge does not carry credit toward the 8 required Achievements. However, an applicant that has the Railroader Badge as well as seven other Achievements is encouraged to apply for credit if they can illustrate how their real railroad knowledge and experience has contributed to the operations hobby, through advising, mentoring, or otherwise adding value specific to their own experience.O, write your own text and edit me.
