The Author is a person that has shown a commitment to communicating on operations topics on various platforms to a reasonably sized audience. The Author must have written or created, and published or circulated, two original works with a meaningful focus on operations.

Original works can be articles that are published by a third-party or blog posts on operations that are at least 1000 words long, and/or videos largely focused on operations that are at least ten minutes long that were made or produced to a high standard and circulated in a manner that exposes them to a reasonably sized audience. Articles about layouts which include a substantial discussion of the operations aspect qualify for credit.
